UPDATED: Legal Statement Regarding Customer Signposting Materials WE HAVE DECIDED TO EXTEND THE TIMELINE OF POSTERS IN OUR WINDOW DUE TO REACHING A SELECT MINORITY THAT HAVE ASKED US FOR HELP WITH THE COMPANY. These materials reflect our genuine and documented experience with the company and are not defamatory in nature. Under UK law, specifically the Defamation Act 2013 , a statement is only considered defamatory if it causes or is likely to cause serious harm to the reputation of the subject and is false .
